License for organizing a good-luck game by phone

Process description

1. Service requests
   A gambling operator may obtain a licence for the organisation of a success game on the phone after receiving a gambling authorisation.
   In order to obtain a licence for the organisation of a success game by phone, the gambling maker shall submit an application accompanied by:
   - the rules for the intended gambling;
   - information on telephone applications for good luck - 27.03.2018. BOM not. No 189;
   - a proof of the safety of the system by the provider of electronic communications services used to organise a game of success on the telephone;
   - information on the location where the equipment used to organise a good-luck game on the phone will be located and on the safety measures envisaged;
   - information on personal data protection measures;
   - the phone numbers to be used for managing success games by phone;
   - information about the person responsible for gambling.

2. Receipt of services
   The Pays and Gambling Monitoring Inspectorate shall take a decision regarding the issuance of a licence for the organisation of a good-luck game by telephone or the refusal to issue such a licence within 30 days from the date of receipt of the application.
   The service is received according to the selection of the request.
   At the same time as a decision is reached on the issue of a licence for the organisation of a good-luck game on the phone, the gambling maker shall also receive a licence for the organisation of a good-luck game on the phone.
