Service requests
Requesting yourself to be included in the register of individuals who have been nominated for gambling and interactive drawings may:
1. personally at the Inspection after prior recording in the working days from 10:00-12:00 and from 14:00-16:00 (Stab Street 18, 2 nd floor, Riga). In advance, when calling 67 504 966 or in writing psihologs@iaui.gov.lv;
2. remotely, by means of authorizations with Latvija.lv, indicating the deadline in years (the minimum term is one year);
3. personally in writing, in a free format, at any time at all the locations of the organisation of gambling in the Republic of Latvia.Receipt of services
The gambling maker shall, upon receipt of a written request submitted personally by a natural person, refer the request to the Inspectorate within three working days. The Inspectorate shall, not later than on the next working day following receipt of the relevant request, enter the register of the natural persons referred to in the request. The prohibition shall take effect upon the inclusion of the request in the register.
The Inspectorate shall, upon receipt of the request of a natural person, include the natural person referred to in the request for closure of the website of the Inspectorate immediately in the section of the request. The prohibition shall take effect upon the inclusion of the request in the register.
